5. Third-Party Services
- DigitalOcean — our servers and database are hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure based in the United States. Your data is stored on these servers.
- Brevo (Sendinblue) — we use Brevo to send transactional emails (verification, password reset). Your email address is passed to Brevo solely for the purpose of delivering these emails.
- Google Analytics — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/city level). This data is processed by Google and subject to Google's Privacy Policy. No personally identifiable information from your account is shared with Google Analytics.
- Google Fonts — we load fonts from Google's CDN. Google may log your IP address as part of this request. No personal account data is shared with Google.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted passwords, HTTPS for all traffic, and restricted server access. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
